About Us
Tail Waggin’ Raw Dog Food was started , when Tony’s daughter Meloni got her first dog, a deaf Boxer named Bruiser. Meloni wanted to feed Brusier raw dog food, so Tony researched meat and vegetable nutrition for dogs.
The first recipe Tony created was a blend of meats and vegetables, called “Eleven Blend”. Tony, bought a small meat grinder, and along with his wife Diane and daughter Meloni started making 50 lb batches.
When their family and friends learned they were making raw dog food, they started to put their orders in. Soon Tony had to buy a bigger grinder and a business was born. Tony built a shop and Tail Waggin’ Raw Dog Food began.
What started as 50 pound batches is now over a 1,000 pound batches for family, friends and customers. Tail Waggin’ Raw Dog Food is thriving, growing and welcoming new customers.
